SAM uses an integrated carbon monoxide sensor, engine data analyzer, and optional cellular connection to monitor each piece of equipment in your fleet. SAM transmits location, air quality, emission, and engine data to the FleetSmart portal for real-time fleet monitoring. SAM features:
Carbon monoxide sensor
Oxygen lean/rich exhaust sensor
Hour meter with service reminder
Cellular location tracking (requires FleetSmart)
carbon monoxide to the parts-per-billion protecting operators against harmful emissions.
Oxygen sensor monitors exhaust emissions
indicating when air filters need replacement.
Fuel pressure transducer alerts user when fuel is low preventing costly downtime.
Oil pressure monitoring prevents catastrophic engine failures.
Ether-sim cellular connectivity uploads location and running data to the cloud.
The SafetyTech Emission Warning Light monitors exhaust emissions using an exhaust mounted
oxygen sensor. If the engine is running a rich air to fuel ratio, which can cause high levels of carbon monoxide, the red LED will illuminate for 90 seconds. If the rich running condition continues, the EMS will automatically shut the engine down.
